between bandung and tasikmalaya. it stretches to the southern s.ea however, today, i don't want to see nature. instead, i'll see the town itself. i'd like to know what's there because the girl that i adore from the bottom of my heart, naya, is closely related to this town. i know that she is a sundanese,
but i didn't know that her family is from garut, man. it's indeed apparent from her face which is g to the a to the r to the u - t to the max garut. that is gahar riang dan yahut (=cool, cheerful, extraordinary). while we are in garut, i'm curious what her hometown looks like,
because naya is a tg, true garutian. hehehehe what does naya's hometown look like? let's find out!!! let's take a vacation with me to awesome places. people ask where we are going. we are jalan-jalan men (=travelling, mate)!!
yeehhh jalan-jalan (=travelling) yeehh travelling, travelling, travelling, travelling we're travelling mate! according to the internet, garut is a small town. wow i just knew it! and it turns out that its history is related to that of limbangan town. limbangan was an old town whose centre was moved to garut
because of floods in the centre of the town. so garutians used to be atlantisians, man!!! before moving on to the coordinate, i'd like to sit back and relax in garut and get to know sunda better because you are a tg, so i want to know what's there in garut. true.. there is mr. ilham in garut, who is going to guide us around the town.
i hardly go back to my hometown. just during eid ul-fitr (after ramadhan)... so mr. ilham will be our tour guide. which of your parents is from garut? my dad. oh.. your dad is from garut. my dad is a tg, all of my family members and their children are also tgs. true garutians. now, we are going to sampireun, it's around 3.5km from here.
okay! let's go to sampireun!!! hemhemhemhem it looks like that sampireun is a village which is very garut. but, what's inside? let's explore! sampireun village. our first stop is a natural area which was turned into an inn and a restaurant,
which are surrounded by a forest and a lake. the atmosphere here is still like a village that lives on the water. wow!! we are invited to live by flowing like water. oh my god, water elements are everywhere! water is here and there. definitely, if we lived here, we would be a waterbender. avatar water bender avatar. and they say
this lake is sourced from a natural spring. so this is a natural lake, man!! but to me, the coolest thing is that i can play the lute here, mate!!! listen to my playing... it's insane... i'm so good at it even though i've never played this before, mate. but may be because the scales are simple, anyone can play it yeahhhh.

this raft would pick you up when you're coming. yeahh.. the raft of garut. in the morning, the breakfast is delivered by boat. so you'd just stay on the balcony, then call the delivery guys. -wooowww -it's super awsome. -so impressive!-amazing! -there's a cold spring over there.-okay. what's special about the fish there? because we feed them, they are tame.
so they are like pets that we can walk? no, i mean if we feed them, instead of being scared, they come to us. ohh.. they come to us, the are our pets, right? let me try it.. will they come to me? oh yes! they are coming! see! they are getting closer!! there are so many fish, man!!! they are big.. one of them is as big as my arm, man! but what excites me the most is
they are as colourful as my heart is whenever i'm with naya. <3<3<3 they are really tame, like feeding cats. cats with no feet, slimy and cannot live without water. now i have minions. my followers are fish. muahhahahhaha! now i want to be the king of the fish. they are my followers!
o fish, let us conquer garut with your mouths that open and close all the time hahahahahaha! wow! a boat is coming to us. ohh samper.. sampireun means samperin pake perahu (=coming by by a boat)? -no.- what does sampireun mean? -a place to stop by.-oh a place to stop by. so now we want to go to a place
where we will have a coffee, a cup of tea and some snacks at the centre of sampireun lake, a place to stop by where we are stopping by. and we'd like to see the houses from a distance. so if you stayed at one of the cottages, they would provide a boat for us so that we could row. whoooo why don't we stay here? a boat per cottage. -why don't we stay here?-exciting, right? even though you don't stay here, at least you can
row a boat with your crush, man. so i have to start playing the guitar to make the atmosphere more intimate huhuhuhuhu. i you go on honeymoon here, they will put some candles on the raft like candlelight dinner. it'll be dark, with some candles in the middle of the lake. having dinner just the two of you.. so cool, isn't it? jalan-jalan men!! this is so homey.. moreover, one of the welcome drinks is green grass jelly.
so on hot days, you can enjoy green grass jelly which will cool you down. it feels so good and fresh. aparently, service in the middle of the lake is not a myth. they do come serving us by canoeing, man! this afternoon, we have green grass jelly, banana fritters and fermented cassavas!! it is the best. woooww the second round has come. the atmosphere is getting more and more thrilling.
